I like leftovers too. Sometimes I make something out of it.
I really like to have leftover chicken. I can make my favorite dish – Julienne.
I want to warn you, it’s not a recipe, it’s just an idea.
I fry chopped onion in vegetable oil until soft, add sliced mushrooms and cook on medium heat,until all liquid evaporates from a frying pan,stirring from time to time. Then I add chopped chicken, salt, black pepper.
Add flour (1-2 teaspoons), stir. In a few minutes I add sour cream. There is never too much of sour cream. Lol. Stir well and saute.
Originally people use individual small baking dishes called cocotte. I don’t have them. So I use heat resistant container.
I put the mixture in a heat-resistant form, sprinkle generously with cheese and bake in the microwave instead of the stove.
My delicious dish is ready!
